- 540-bed community hospital

- Academic facility for SLUCare Physician Group
- Centrally located in St. Louis County
Wisconsin Location:
- SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI
- Level II Trauma Center in the heart of Madison

Your Qualifications:
- Background in palliative care, oncology, or critical care
- Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification preferred
- Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in the appropriate state (WI or MO)
