 Job Overview 
 The VP of Enterprise Sales &#38; Occupancy provides enterprise-wide leadership for sales strategy, systems, performance, and innovation across Ebenezer Senior Living&#39;s continuum of services including Skilled Nursing, Transitional Care, Assisted Living, Childcare Centers, Adult Day, and Senior Cooperatives. This role is responsible for driving occupancy and enrollment through standardized yet adaptable sales processes, advanced use of technology and data, and deep collaboration across Operations, Clinical, Marketing, Finance, and Fairview Health Services. As the senior living affiliate of Fairview Health Systems, Ebenezer plays a critical role in ensuring patients are placed in the right level of care, at the right time, supporting hospital throughput, reducing avoidable length of stay, and improving system-wide efficiency. The VP of Enterprise Sales &#38; Occupancy is a key leader in aligning sales operations with these broader health system goals. This role leads a cross-functional team of Sales Consultants, admissions, outreach, and support team members along with a team of On-Call/Casual Sales Floats and serves as the organizational expert in CRM optimization, admissions automation, pricing strategy, intercompany referrals, and occupancy maximization. The position is both strategic and operational, requiring a collaborative leader who can bring people together, drive change, and continuously evolve systems to support current performance and anticipate future growth. Responsibilities 
 
 Sales Strategy &#38; Performance Leadership: Develops and continuously refines enterprise-wide sales strategies that drive occupancy, enrollment, and revenue growth across all lines of business. It leads the evolution of Ebenezer&#8217;s Sales System to be scalable, data-driven, and responsive to market conditions, while establishing clear benchmarks, KPIs, and forecasting tools to guide performance. The role also provides regular executive-level reporting and insights and proactively identifies underperforming areas to deploy targeted interventions that stabilize and restore occupancy. 
 Health System Integration &#38; Referral Optimization: Serves as a primary connection between Ebenezer Sales and Fairview Health Services, partnering closely with hospitals, clinics, and care management teams. It focuses on strengthening referral pathways to ensure timely transitions to the appropriate level of care, reducing avoidable hospital days. The role also collaborates with Clinical and Operations leaders to align admissions criteria and capacity with health system needs while promoting awareness of Ebenezer&#8217;s full continuum of services among key stakeholders. 
 Process Automation, CRM &#38; Technology Leadership: Owns and serves as the organizational expert for the CRM, ensuring effective configuration, adoption, training, and continuous improvement. It leads the automation of admissions and sales workflows from initial inquiry through move-in, ensuring accurate, consistent data use across all sales phases. The role also identifies and implements technology solutions to improve efficiency, transparency, and the resident and family experience, while optimizing CRM insights for forecasting, pipeline management, referrals, and performance analysis across the portfolio. 
 Intercompany Collaboration &#38; Continuum Navigation: Connects and coordinates sales and intake efforts across all service lines, breaking down silos to support seamless transitions as resident needs evolve. It establishes systems to track and communicate unit availability across the entire portfolio and enables efficient intercompany referrals. The role also leads the development of a centralized or coordinated intake approach to guide individuals and families to the appropriate level of care. 
 Pricing, Competitive Analysis &#38; Revenue Optimization: Leads ongoing competitive market analysis to understand pricing, incentives, service offerings, and value propositions. It partners closely with Operations and Finance to develop pricing strategies, recommend market- and building-specific rent increases, and design revenue-optimizing packages aligned with mission and value. The role also monitors pricing elasticity, conversion rates, and margin impacts to inform data-driven pricing decisions. 
 Leadership, Team Development &#38; Culture: Provides direct leadership to Sales Consultants and on-call Sales Floats, ensuring consistent coverage and support during vacancies or leaves. It builds and strengthens hiring, onboarding, training, and development programs while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.  Key Responsibilities The CEO is responsible for the strategic direction and operational health of Senior Housing Options (SHO). This role encompasses leadership across eight domains: 
 Organizational Leadership &#38; Strategy 
 
 Leads the board and staff in creating a long-term vision for the organization that includes evaluating external environmental conditions, conducting SWOT analyses, assessing market forces and regulatory changes, and&#xa0; identifying capacity and operational needs. 
 Coordinates a strategic planning process every 2-3 years with the Board of Directors. 
 Implements action plans for board committees and staff directors in line with the direction outlined in the strategic plan.&#xa0; 
 Implements annual operating and financial plan aligned with the strategic plan and reports progress to the Board of Directors.&#xa0; 
 Incorporates financial status reports and future business forecasts into strategic planning.&#xa0; 
 Leads the development of external strategic relationships. 
 Serves as the authorized signatory for all MOUs and partnership/contractor agreements up to $50,000 (budgeted). Facilitates Board of Directors in considering resolutions for approval of larger commitments and expenditures. 
 Translates Board-approved policies into organizational operations. 
 Fosters creativity, inclusiveness and effective communication across the organization and to/from the Board of Directors. 
 Supports the Board in maintaining effective committees or task forces, planning retreats, and conducting orientations for new Board members.&#xa0; 
 Enables the Board of Directors to fulfill its governance function.  Monitors progress of the annual budget and reports significant variances to the Board. 
 
 &#xa0; Marketing and Collaboration 
 
 Enhances SHO&#8217;s brand and visibility aligned with the organization&#8217;s vision and mission. 
 Represents SHO externally and cultivates relationships locally, regionally and nationally with governmental entities, collaborative partners, funders and neighbors. 
 Serves as the chief spokesperson for SHO and is the main media contact and representative for the organization in the community. 
 
 &#xa0; Fundraising 
 
 Creates an annual fundraising plan that includes strategies aligned with the goals of the organization, fundraising climate, and SHO&#8217;s capacity.&#xa0; 
 Builds the fundraising capacity needed to pursue new and expanded funding opportunities.&#xa0; 
 Leads fundraising efforts and facilitates fundraising by Board members. Maintains and cultivates meaningful and sustainable funder, donor, and stakeholder relations. 
 
 Programs/Services and Developing SHO as a Residence of Excellence 
 
 Provides leadership for the development and timely delivery of mission-aligned initiatives and ensures quality delivery of all programs and services. 
 Develops new programs and services or continuation/expansion of existing programs that address the changing needs of SHO&#8217;s residents and the business environment. &#xa0; &#xa0; &#xa0;&#xa0; 
 
 People and Developing SHO as an Employer of Choice

 Prepare and present an annual capital plan to the Board. 
 Ensure that SHO facilities are well maintained and provide a clean and safe environment for residents, staff and volunteers. 
 Work with the Board on major renovation projects, new developments, and third-party management of facilities, creating opportunities for mission and financial growth. 
 
 Standards of Performance Successful performance for the CEO will be determined by:

 Managing against key performance indicators reported monthly to the Board.

 Compensation &#38; Benefits

 Resident-centered programming.  Oversee programs that reflect the interests, dignity, and life experience of a discerning resident population, including cultural, intellectual, social, physical, and spiritual offerings.

The Chief of Imaging Informatics will oversee the enterprise wide PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) operation and the staff who are dedicated to this operation, including the management of digital image sharing between PVAHCS and Community Care partners. The Radiology Service is one of the largest clinical departments at PVAHCS with over 130 employees in 9 specialty divisions, including: Staff Radiology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology Services, CT Services, Nuclear Medicine Services, Ultrasound Services, Breast Imaging Services, Diagnostic Radiology, MRI Services, and Clerical Services. Each of these divisions has its own special procedures and systems for patient flow and scheduling, quality monitoring and maintenance, and compliance with standards and regulations. Currently, we have 24 radiologists in the Phoenix Radiology department, providing subspecialty and general radiology coverage. The Radiology Service is one of the largest clinical departments at PVAHCS with over 130 employees in 9 specialty divisions, including: Staff Radiology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology Services, CT Services, Nuclear Medicine Services, Ultrasound Services, Breast Imaging Services, Diagnostic Radiology, MRI Services, and Clerical Services. Each of these divisions has its own special procedures and systems for patient flow and scheduling, quality monitoring and maintenance, and compliance with standards and regulations.  You must be ABR-certified (or ABR-eligible) with additional fellowship training in Musculoskeletal imaging being preferred. You must be able to perform joint injections, arthrograms, joint aspirations. You must be experienced and competent in clinical radiology, with a good understanding of how the various subspecialists function and the kinds of services they provide. You will be expected to maintain a valid medical license in at least one state, and to maintain all certifications required for performance of clinical duties and maintenance of the core privileges including BLS certification. Opportunity entails splitting time between MSK radiology and general radiology, typically leaning 60% towards MSK.&#xa0; 
 You will have the opportunity to be involved in the education of the radiology residents, medical and other health care trainees including students, resident physicians, and fellows. You will also have the opportunity to present various conferences including but not limited to didactics, tumor boards, peer learning and other specialty specific conferences.  The provider will evaluate and treat pulmonary conditions. Be an integral member of the Inpatient and ICU as well as function in an Outpatient pulmonary disease clinic. Have the ability to interpret pulmonary function tests (PFTs). Diagnose, treat, or recommend treatment for diseases of the respiratory system and breathing-related conditions. This specialist can provide care for many breathing-related conditions including asthma, cystic fibrosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), lung cancer, pulmonary fibrosis, tuberculosis and work-related lung diseases and be an active participant of the Lung Cancer Screening Program.
