SDS/PACU RN
The PACU RN involves intervention, evaluation & treatment of individuals within the perioperative continuum. Additionally, the patient plan of care, goals & teaching are extended to family & significant others. H/She is responsible & accountable for maintaining personal, professional and unit development. Adherence to patient safety initiatives, educational activities & quality improvement is required. 1st Consideration Internal employees with Salt Lake City 2nd Consideration All U.S. Citizens Performs SDS RN Assessments and subsequent Anesthesia Provider referrals. Initiates interdisciplinary referrals and/or consultations as appropriate to achieve the best plan of care. In addition to PACU, recovers patients from other specialty areas after Invasive procedures; such as Cardiac Cath Lab
