Registered Nurse (Assistant Nurse Manager)
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is an RN who supports the Nurse Manager (NM) with supervisory duties for 24/7 operations of their designated units. The ANM has responsibility for the direction and supervision of specific orientation, training, development of staff, and evaluation of individual staff performance. This includes managing staff scheduling, unit coverage, and support staff to achieve related performance measures and Joint Commission compliance for the unit. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
