Assistant Nurse Manager, Full Time Pediatrics OMC
Reports to the Nurse Manager. Responsible for the daily operations, staffing, and monitoring of the pediatric volume/flow of the peds ED and peds inpatient unit. Monitors the daily shift management tool and adheres to the core staffing as per budget. Utilize the nursing process and the model of Shared Governance to collaborate with team members and other disciplines.
