Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking multiple per diem Nursing Assistants for the Medical/Surgical Unit at Morristown Medical Center, working either 7a-3p, 3p-11p, or 11p-7a. The shift requirements are 3 Saturdays of the month and 4 other shifts. Responsibilities Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient careAssisting patients with daily activitiesMeasuring and recording vital signsAdministering basic treatmentsHelping to ensure a safe care environmentContinuous rounding throughout shift to ensure patient and family needs are metEnsuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitude
