The RN - Transition to Practice (TTP) is an educational residency program designed for the recently graduated RN and who has attained an RN license and has less than 5 months of RN working experience. This is a temporary 12-month program, targeted at placing the selectee in a permanent hard to fill position at the conclusion of the residency. Upon permanent placement, you may eligible for the Educational Debt Repayment Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met. BASIC REQUIREMENTS United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citize
